Jane's practice philosophy is a blend of traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensive patient care. She takes personal interest in her patients, and views them as partners in the treatment process.

Through a comprehensive medical intake, she diagnoses imbalances and establishes a personalized treatment plan. In addition, Jane empowers patients to improve their own health by providing them with the tools they need to achieve and maintain optimal well-being.

Patients will find Jane's office warm and welcoming, which contributes to a relaxing treatment experience.

Jane Kaufman, a former migraine headache sufferer, became interested in Oriental, or Chinese Medicine years ago after personally experiencing its benefits, where treatments had failed. Migraine free for many years, Jane enrolled in and graduated from Southeast Institute of Oriental Medicine. She completed a four-year course of comprehensive graduate training and becoming a licensed, board certified Acupuncture Physician. She also has an additional certification from National Auricular Detox Association (NADA) which she earned after extensive training in the use of detox therapy to enhance patient health and well-being.

In addition to her graduate studies in Chinese Medicine, Jane has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida where she majored in Psychology. Jane is continually enhancing her knowledge and expertise through continuing education courses on a wide variety of subjects related to Oriental Medicine, health and well being.
